With the Mobile Bank App from Credit Europe Bank, you have access to their services 24/7. This includes loan repayment, money transfers, utility payments, deposits, and currency exchange, all available anytime and anywhere.

The Mobile Bank App provides quick access to your accounts, cards, loans, and online banking operations on favorable terms. It also offers information about the nearest branches and ATMs, their operating hours, and currency rates.

First Time Logging in to the Mobile Bank App

• Enter your current account, deposit account, or card number, and follow the instructional prompts.
• If you are an Internet Bank user, you can use the same username and password for the Mobile App.
• Make sure to use a mobile phone with a number registered at the bank.
• For some banking operations, you need to sign a Distant Banking Agreement (DBO) at a branch.

Products Management

• Open and view balance statements for current accounts
• Perform various card operations such as replenishment, transaction history, expense analysis, cash back, bonus points, card re-issue, viewing full card details, managing card limits, and more

• Perform interbank transfers using bank details without paying any commission

Card Loyalty Cashback & Bonus Points

• Monitor your cashback and bonus status that can be used to pay for purchases or exchanged into rubles
• View partners for the Card Installments program and usage of the installment service

Currency Exchange and Money Transfers

• Perform online currency exchange at a special rate during working days from 09:00 to 18:00 as per Moscow time
• If you need to make transfers outside of Russia or in foreign currency, please use the Internet Bank or visit a branch. The Mobile Bank app does not support these transactions.
